Consider me officially shocked

The stay was unexpectedly delightful! My room was clean, spacious, and sported a comfy bed. The free breakfast involved average options, yet I relished the coffee. Staff were helpful, ensuring comfort throughout my visit. Minor issues like a noisy concert nearby were a bit disruptive, but overall, this place impressed me!

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and the seasonal outdoor pool. The staff once helped me return sim cards I left behind. I always enjoy my stay and will be back for a holiday.

Make sure to check the water pressure in your shower upon arrival, it's a priority for a good start to your day.

We had a tough time checking in, waited forever and the room wasn’t ready. Didn’t get to use the hot tub since it was broken, and when we asked for fresh sheets, we got charged $150 for smoke that we didn’t cause! Crazy. Only good thing was the breakfast. it was decent. Such bad customer service.

Exceeded expectations

Had a fantastic time with my friends! We checked out Lake Powell and even played a round at the nearby golf course. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome. Great location for accessing attractions. The breakfast was decent, but it could get busy during peak hours.

We did have an issue with the room where the check-in price differed from what we were initially quoted online. It was a bit frustrating to deal with that hassle.
